City Appointments
- Initial Appointment$65Up to 1 hour. Comprehensive assessment and care for new patients within city limits.
- Follow-up Appointment$55Up to 1 hour. Ongoing care for returning patients within city limits.
Country Appointments
- 20 Minutes Drive$85Up to 1 hour. For patients outside city limits, within a 20-minute drive.
- Over 30 Minutes Drive$100Up to 1 hour. For patients outside city limits, over a 30-minute drive.
Payment Methods
- Cash, debit, and major credit cards accepted
- Direct billing available for select insurance plans
- Payment is due at the time of appointment
