My name is Janet Kayongo, and I’m the Founder and Operator of Jema Foot Care. I’ve been a Registered Practical Nurse for six years and am also a certified foot care nurse. I moved to Thunder Bay 15 years ago, and I feel truly grateful to be part of such a beautiful and welcoming community.
As a nurse, my passion is to help patients feel comfortable and supported in their health journey. I believe that small, consistent acts of care can make a big difference, especially when it comes to preventative foot care for clients living with diabetes.
Outside of my work, I find joy in being a mom and spending quality time with my kids. We love exploring the outdoors together—whether it’s hiking, going for walks, or simply enjoying nature as a family.
